摘 要

4S店是集汽车销售、售后服务、配件和信息服务为一体的销售店。4S店是一种以“四位一体”为核心的汽车特许经营模式,包括整车销售(Sale)、零配件(Spare Part)、售后服务(Service)、信息反馈(Survey)等。它拥有统一的外观形象,统一的标识,统一的管理标准,只经营单一的品牌的特点。汽车4S店是一种个性突出的有形市场,具有渠道一致性和统一的文化理念,4S店在提升汽车品牌、汽车生产企业形象上的优势是显而易见的。

4S店是1998年以后才逐步由欧洲传入中国的。由于它与各个厂家之间建立了紧密的产销关系,具有购物环境优美、品牌意识强等优势,一度被国内诸多厂家效仿。

4S店一般采取一个品牌在一个地区分布一个或相对等距离的几个专卖店,按照生产厂家的统一店内外设计要求建造,投资巨大,动辄上千万,甚至几千万,豪华气派。

4S店是集汽车销售、维修、配件和信息服务为一体的销售店,一家投资2500万元左右建立起来的4S店在5-10年之内都不会落后。在中国,4S店已初具规模和成效,不过由于自主品牌汽车的相对落后。实际上属于我国自主知识产权的汽车4S店还需要长足的进步和发展。

4S店模式这几年在国内发展极为迅速。汽车行业的4S店就是 汽车厂家为了满足客户在服务方面的需求而推出的一种业务模式。4S店的核心含义是“汽车终身服务解决方案”。

ABSTRACT

4S shop is a car sales, service, parts and information services as one of the salesshop. 4S shop is a kind of \in One\the core of the automotive franchisebusiness model, including vehicle sales (Sale), spare parts (Spare Part), service(Service), Feedback (Survey) and so on. It has the appearance of a unified image ofa unified identity, a unified management standards, only the operating characteristics of a single brand. 4S shop car is a prominent personality in the physical market, with a consistent and uniform channels of cultural ideas, 4S stores in enhancing brands, car manufacturers the image of the advantages are obvious. 4S shop until after 1998 and gradually introduced to China from Europe. Between the various manufacturers because it has established close relationship betweenproduction and marketing, with a beautiful shopping environment, brand awarenessand strong advantages, once many domestic manufacturers to follow suit. 4S shops usually take a brand in a relatively equidistant from the geographical distribution of one or several stores, according to the manufacturer's design requirements within and outside the construction of a unified store, huge investment,the hundreds of millions or even tens of millions, luxurious style. 4S shop is a car sales, maintenance, spare parts and information services as one of the retail shops, an investment of about 25 million yuan 4S set up shop in the 5-10year period will not lag behind.
